Not intentionally endangering the lives or assets of fellow crew unless mutually agreed for the sake of training.

Outside of crew ~ survival & defence is the one true intent/excuse behind causing another harm.

Respect for freedom of choice: expressed through acknowledging BOTH everyone's freedom of choice when it comes to speech and action plus the responsibility & consequences that come with it.

Endeavouring to find solutions that work for everybody, again.. empathy in communications (to help understanding & unite us).

Do not endanger the lives of fellow crew, kill only when entirely necessary.
